PRODUCTS - Antiperforation fabrics
In the technical fabrics area, Tessiltoschi has developed a new antiperforation material. This fabric is the most recent development of the K18 fabrics line, which has been used for many years inside the safety shoes replacing the steel insole.
This new antiperforation fabric, K18 ZERO PERFORATION SLIM, has been developed to guarantee an improved resistance in case of accidental perforation by nails. Due to its particular technical structure, and its thickness of a merely 3,4 mm, this fabric guarantees ZERO PERFORATION following tryouts according to EN 12568:2010 standards.
The advantages for safety shoes having K18 ZERO PERFORATION are the following:
- - extra safety, ZERO PERFORATION to 1100 N
- - additional comfort - flexibility and breathability
- - appropriate antistatic for manufacturing of shoes in ESD
Part of the collection for safety shoes includes: technical fabrics in high tenacity nylon, technical fabrics in polyester, technical fabrics in polypropilene, technical fabrics in cordura, mesh in cordura, mesh in polyester- 3D airmesh in polyester- antistatic fabrics-linings . All fabrics are certified EN ISO.
